Neutron Audio Quantum Profiles Terms and Conditions - Digital

Introduction Welcome to Neutron Audio. We're excited to offer you Quantum Profiles, crafted to provide a unique digital audio experience. By accessing and using our Profiles, you're agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

License Grant We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Quantum Profiles solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your full compliance with these terms.

Permitted Uses You're welcome to:

Incorporate the Profiles into your music compositions and audio projects;
Use the Profiles for your personal entertainment, such as background music for your home videos;

Don’t Play Copycat: Avoid copying, reproducing, or capturing the Profiles with the intent to distribute them as your sound samples or within your sound libraries.
Reselling Is a No-No: You're not allowed to sell the Profiles as they are, repackaged, or as part of any collection. They're meant for your use only.
Modification with Caution: Feel free to tweak and bend the Profiles for your music creation, but you can't alter them with the intention to claim them as your entirely new sound library or sell them on.
Stay Away from Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to the Quantum Profiles. Don't give them away or share them with others who haven’t got their license from us.
Commercial Exploitation Is Off-Limits: Using the Profiles to create an audio service, like a streaming platform that users pay to access, or any other commercial venture that competes with us, is not allowed.
Beware of Public Performance: While you can incorporate the Profiles into your music for a public performance, the Profiles themselves cannot be the main attraction or advertised feature of the performance.
Keep It Personal: Your license for the Quantum Profiles is just for you. So, don’t transfer it to someone else or use it to create works for others who will claim ownership.
No Unauthorized Broadcast: Using the Profiles as a standalone in any broadcast environment, like a radio ad or a TV spot, without embedding them in a distinct creative work, is against the rules.
